Conversa Corps is seeking a Short-Form Video Producer to join their communications team. This is a volunteer position ideal for students, artists, and media creators who want to gain hands-on experience and contribute to global humanitarian efforts. The Short-Form Video Producer will help amplify the mission of Conversa Corps by creating engaging videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn to raise awareness about global disaster response efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form videos (15-60 seconds) for social media platforms.

• Content Strategy: Develop storyboards and scripts to effectively communicate Conversa Corps' mission and services.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the communications team to ensure brand consistency and align content with marketing objectives.

• Emerging Trends: Stay updated on emerging video trends and platform-specific best practices (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X).

• Performance Tracking: Track video performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on analytics.

• Content Organization: Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files.

• Storytelling: Transform complex disaster response narratives into compelling visual content.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong conceptualization skills for creating engaging short-form videos.

• Experience in storyboarding, scripting, filming, and editing video content optimized for social media.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X) and their specific video production requirements.

• Ability to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
