Our client is one of the world’s leading quantitative trading firms. They’re hiring an SRE / Platform Engineer to own the platforms behind mission-critical trading systems that run at global scale, 24/7. You’ll have real ownership, a high-calibre team, and the resources to do your best work.

What you’ll do

🔹 Design, build, and run scalable, resilient platform infrastructure

🔹 Own and optimise CI/CD pipelines to speed up software delivery

🔹 Level up observability: monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting

🔹 Build automation and self-service tooling that engineers genuinely rely on

🔹 Run containerised workloads and orchestration at large scale

🔹 Drive reliability, performance, and scalability across distributed systems

What you’ll bring

✅ Background as an SRE, Platform Engineer, or DevOps Engineer

✅ Strong Linux and automation skills

✅ Proven CI/CD experience

✅ Hands-on Kubernetes and Docker

✅ Solid grounding in monitoring, logging, and observability tooling

✅ Infrastructure as Code experience

✅ Scripting or programming in Python, Go, Bash, or similar

✅ A real passion for reliable, highly available systems
