Responsibilities
- Be an active member of our team and contribute to internal tools and team processes through independent research and hands-on development
- Write modular and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for mid to large scale websites
- Work collaboratively with architects, business analysts, designers, engineers, and other project team members to help deliver high quality design, business, technical, and strategic outcomes
- Maintain design integrity across various screens, devices, and CMS use cases
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and commitments
Qualifications:
We expect you to confidently tick the following:
- At least 3 years of demonstrated professional front-end experience
- Knowledge and demonstrated use of React, Next.js, HTML5 and CSS3 to develop performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend solutions at scale
- Experience with headless architecture and the Server-Client Rendering Spectrum
- Experience in modular web development, using Atomic Design and Storybook
- Experience with CSS tooling such as CSS Modules, PostCSS, Sass, or Less
- Experience with a JavaScript testing framework such as Mocha, Jest, or Jasmine
- Experience with Webpack or similar build tools and module bundlers
- The ability to collaborate across teams & build professional relationships with managers, peers, and stakeholders
- A willingness to continually learn diverse technologies, techniques, and frontend topics
- Knowledge of browser/client discrepancies and supported features
- Knowledge of website performance considerations and performance tooling
- Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG standards
- Experience working with a CMS platform
- Knowledge of and experience working within agile teams
- Ability to complete work in a deadline driven environment
