Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with tradespeople and industry partners in the North Central and Northeast Indiana region.
• Utilize innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top tier talent for top tier companies.
• Coordinate and facilitate the staffing process from start to finish for contract, evaluation, and direct hire placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and employers.
• Online Onboarding processes.

Who We're Looking For:

• A motivated individual with experience in skilled trades staffing, skilled trades recruitment or skilled trades experience, particularly within or close distance of Auburn or Angola, IN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to set personal goals and contribute to team goals.
• Excellent computer and phone skills. (VoIP and SIP, CRMs, MS Suite, Outlook, ect.)
• Ability to cold call without phone reluctancy.
