Snowflake Architect

Net2Source (N2S), a rapidly growing global workforce solutions and IT consulting company headquartered in New Jersey with a broad footprint across Asia-Pacific, is hiring a Snowflake Architect for one of its esteemed clients. This is a 12+ month contract role based on-site in New York City, NY and Lake Mary, FL, open to local candidates only.

As a Snowflake Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced Snowflake capabilities and integrate them within enterprise systems. You will be expected to handle performance optimization, security configurations, cost management, and the application of cutting-edge Snowflake technologies such as Cortex, Streamlit, and Native Apps.

This role requires deep technical expertise, architectural foresight, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure data solutions. It also involves governance, standardization, and ensuring architectural alignment across business units and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement advanced Snowflake capabilities across various projects.

• Lead setup and configuration of new Snowflake accounts, including PrivateLink integration.

• Optimize Snowflake performance, implement cost management strategies, and support multi-tenant environments.

• Guide SAML and SCIM integrations for secure identity and access management.

• Leverage Snowflake features such as data sharing, Listings, Marketplace, Cortex, Streamlit, and Native Apps.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications and data into cohesive enterprise solutions.

• Identify and address risks involving scalability, resiliency, security, and technical debt.

• Translate business and technical requirements into robust architectural frameworks.

• Establish and promote architectural standards, reusable components, and enterprise principles.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Snowflake and DBT

• Experience with Python for automation and orchestration use cases

• Proficiency with ETL tools, RDBMS, and SQL

• Familiarity with Cloud Data Services, Spark, and Big Data platforms

• Working knowledge of SAML, SCIM, and secure connectivity features like PrivateLink
