Social Media Content Specialist

Description:

ICUC is seeking Bilingual Social Media Content Specialists (English/Spanish) to join their fully remote team. As part of a dynamic, collaborative environment, you will work with leading brands to deliver top-tier social media engagement and content moderation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, monitoring, moderating, and responding to comments on clients’ social channels.

• Crafting creative, engaging written content to boost audience participation.

• Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and community safety policies.

• Escalating insights, issues, and opportunities to the relevant teams.

• Supporting multiple industries with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• Native fluency in English and Spanish.

• Permanent residency in Canada or the US.

• Flexible availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

• High-speed, reliable internet connection.

• Active Facebook account.

• Strong writing, editing, and customer service skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $16.75 – $17.00 CAD (or minimum wage of your province, whichever is higher).
