Description:

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join a fast-growing, international B2B financial publishing company. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage AI, social listening, and automation to optimize social media performance and engagement. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a strategy that drives growth, fosters community, and maximizes impact across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Innovation: Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy using audience insights, performance metrics, and trend analysis

  • Content Creation & Planning: Plan and produce original content, focusing on short-form videos and interactive formats, using AI-powered tools to scale production

  • Community Growth & Engagement: Manage and nurture an engaged online community, leading discussions and responding to comments and messages

  • Influencer & Creator Collaboration: Build relationships with influencers and content creators to expand reach

  • Analytics & Optimisation: Track KPIs across platforms, using AI tools for forecasting and reporting

  • Social Listening: Monitor conversations to identify trends, audience sentiment, and engagement opportunities

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media campaigns in the B2B sector

  • Expertise with AI-driven platforms for content creation, analytics, and audience insights

  • Strong content creation skills, especially in short-form video and interactive formats

  • A hands-on, proactive approach with a strategic mindset
