**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

- Create engaging, original content (images, videos, copy) that captures the mood and themes of *Picnic at Hanging Rock*.

- Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.

- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure branding consistency and timely promotion of events, performances, and related activities.

- Foster online community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve reach and engagement.

- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for theatrical productions, arts organizations, or similar entertainment entities.
