Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager (Organic) will lead content production and distribution on social platforms, focusing on growing amp’s organic presence. You will craft strategy, oversee content quality, manage a creative team, and drive engagement and community-building through compelling brand storytelling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that drive engagement and community growth.

  • Lead production of social media content aligned with marketing calendars and objectives.

  • Manage amp’s community presence to foster real engagement and conversations.

  • Supervise a team of in-house and freelance editors and content creators ensuring content quality and platform best practices.

  • Manage workflows and content organization using internal tools for timely content production and distribution.

  • Participate actively in social team meetings; prepare agendas, document feedback, and communicate action items.

  • Collaborate closely with brand leads, designers, and stakeholders to bring amp’s brand vision to life organically.


Candidate Profile:

  • 2 to 4 years experience managing organic social media content and strategy.

  • Deep passion and understanding of fitness and wellness social trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.).

  • Proactive problem solver who works independently and keeps projects moving forward.

  • Strong creative eye with excellent content judgment.

  • Experienced in managing creators and freelance contributors.

  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.

  • Data-driven: able to track and analyze social media metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiar with project and content management tools like Notion, Asana, Airtable, Monday, Trello, or Sprout Social.
