We're a well-funded soon-to-be-unicorn B2C platform with 7 competitive moats revolutionizing how consumers interact with AI-powered tactile products. With our Platform launching January 2026 and rapid international expansion planned, we need a social media architect who can build viral organic growth engines from zero to millions. You'll be reporting founder/CEO who is a award-winning brand builder and marketer and helping build out our marketing and content creation relationships and team members.

You'll orchestrate our entire social presence across Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms, turning our hyperpersonalized AI technology into must-have consumer moments. This isn't about managing posts – it's about engineering viral coefficient and building a movement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-platform organic growth strategies targeting 10M+ impressions within 4 months
  • Build and manage creator/influencer networks (100+ partnerships by Q2 2026)
  • Develop gamification loops for user-generated content and referral mechanics
  • Negotiate and execute white-label content partnerships
  • Oversee 3rd party content production teams while maintaining brand voice
  • Create platform-specific content calendars optimized for seasonal moments
  • Assist with TikTok Shop and Amazon Store presence (Q1 2026)
  • Track CAC/LTV/GMV metrics and attribution across social channels

Required Experience

  • 5+ years scaling B2C brands through social media (documented case studies required)
  • Proven track record: Grew at least one brand from <100K to 1M+ followers organically
  • Deep Pinterest expertise (algorithm mastery, Rich Pins, Story Pins, Idea Pins)
  • TikTok influencer and affiliate program management experience with demonstrated results
  • Influencer deal negotiation with proven ROI metrics
  • Experience with gamification and viral referral mechanics
  • Data-driven approach with GA4, PostHog, attribution modeling, and cohort analysis

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with tactile/physical products or gifting categories
  • Background in personalization, customization, or creator economy platforms
  • Relationships with micro/macro influencers in lifestyle, design, celebration verticals
  • Experience with international market expansion (UK, AU, CA)
  • Understanding of print/design aesthetics
