About the Role

This is a foundational, hands-on role.

We’re not looking for a “perfect grid” manager or someone chasing vanity metrics.

We’re looking for someone who understands story, nuance, and consistency, and who loves being close to the brand and the founder.

You’ll help bring MATRY’s voice to life across social platforms, turning ideas, product moments, and founder stories into content that feels human, thoughtful, and real.

What You’ll Do :

- Manage and grow MATRY’s social presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X).

- Turn founder insights, product updates, and community conversations into clear, engaging content.

- Write captions that feel human, grounded, and aligned with MATRY’s voice.

- Create and schedule posts, carousels, short-form videos, and story formats.

- Engage with the community thoughtfully, comments, DMs, and conversations.

- Spot patterns in what resonates and feed insights back to the team.

What We’re Looking For :

- US Market knowledge of trends and customer mentality.

- Experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or personal brand.

- Strong writing instincts and an eye for tone, pacing, and clarity.

- Comfort working closely with a founder and translating ideas into content.

- A hands-on, proactive mindset, you don’t wait to be told what to post.

- Alignment with MATRY’s mission and women-first values.
