Description:

 Develop different types of Genesys cloud call/conversational flows, complex queueing/routing and analyze variability in requirements to determine technical feasibility. Support Genesys IVR systems on a cloud platform. Perform integration in cloud environment with external CRM solutions and develop the functionality using Genesys Cloud, XML, REST, JavaScript, Python, JSON, PowerShell, HTML. Develop test portals and assist with configuration management/customize changes to enhance operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS : Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or closely related field.  including experience with Genesys PureCloud Cloud solutions, telecommunications and IP networking (TCP/IP), IVR, ACD, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, JSON, REST, XML, HTML. Work assignments may be in various unanticipated work locations in the US.
