Innova Solutions, a global technology and consulting firm, is hiring a Software Engineer 3 (Contingent Role) for its client site in Chandler, Arizona. This is an on-site, contract-based opportunity designed for an experienced software engineer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment.

As a Software Engineer 3, you will work on mission-critical software solutions, contribute to technical specifications, develop robust applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and high-performance outcomes. You’ll be expected to take ownership of key modules and drive innovation using best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions in alignment with system architecture.

• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams including QA, DevOps, and business analysts to ensure system reliability and maintainability.

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET, Java, or relevant modern frameworks.

• Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Strong programming experience in languages such as Java, .NET, C++, or Python.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles.

• Experience with source control systems such as Git or SVN.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
