Powur, the fastest growing solar energy company in the United States, is looking for Solar Sales Professionals (Appointment Setters) to join their mission of accelerating the adoption of clean energy. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, educate them about solar energy solutions, and guide them through the sales process.

Your daily tasks will include generating leads, managing customer relationships, and scheduling consultations. You'll be responsible for obtaining a prospective client’s energy bill, scheduling their appointment with a top closer, and earning between $50-$100 for each qualified appointment. Additionally, you will receive up to $3,000 in commissions after each sale is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential customers and educate them about solar energy solutions.

  • Generate leads and schedule consultations with customers.

  • Obtain customer energy bills and schedule appointments with sales closers.

  • Earn $50-$100 for each qualified appointment and up to $3,000 in commissions per sale.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and customer service.

  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and clean energy solutions (preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with self-motivation.

  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.

  • Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability is a plus.
