Solution Architect

Description:

Spaulding Ridge, a leading advisory and IT implementation firm, is seeking an Anaplan Solution Architect to join its Anaplan Delivery Team. The firm helps global organizations gain financial clarity and optimize operational performance through innovative solutions and business transformation.

The Anaplan Solution Architect will design tailored Anaplan solutions, providing technical vision and guidance to both internal consultants and clients. The role focuses on creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly models that integrate with client data sources and meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Anaplan models tailored to client requirements.

• Utilize Agile Implementation Methodology to manage project delivery.

• Coach and train both clients and internal teams on model building and Anaplan best practices.

• Guide clients to optimize business processes using Anaplan and subject matter expertise.

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or Management Information Systems.

• 7+ years of experience in consulting or financial reporting and analysis.

• Advanced Excel skills, including macros, Lookups, and large data set modeling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong understanding of multi-dimensional data architecture.
