Description:
Red River is seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative AI and data analytics solutions that drive mission-critical business transformation. This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge business challenges with advanced AI technical execution, delivering scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions.
The AI Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping Red River’s AI initiatives by creating reference architectures, ensuring compliance with industry and federal standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, and clients to deliver AI-driven business value. The position is best suited for professionals with deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud platforms, data engineering, and MLOps, coupled with strong communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Technical Support: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to define AI solution offerings, deliver customer demos, and support proposals.
Customer Engagement: Partner with clients to understand business challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and automation.
Technical Strategy: Define AI best practices, technical roadmaps, and strategic directions aligned with Red River’s AI growth strategy.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with OEMs, cloud providers, and AI partners to advance Red River’s AI ecosystem.
Solution Development: Design end-to-end AI solutions integrating cloud platforms, edge AI, data pipelines, and AI model lifecycle management.
AI Architecture Design: Build scalable AI architectures to support machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and data analytics.
Compliance & Security: Ensure AI solutions adhere to FEDRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, NIST standards, and Risk Management Frameworks (RMF).
Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, including generative AI and ethical AI, ensuring Red River remains a leader in adoption.
Thought Leadership: Act as an AI subject matter expert, representing Red River at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in AI, ML, and data analytics.
Proven track record in designing and implementing AI/ML architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.
Hands-on experience in data engineering, cloud platforms, and MLOps best practices.
Strong knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance in AI-driven solutions.
Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience with U.S. Federal Government, DoD, or U.S. Public Sector AI initiatives preferred.
Active Top Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain) strongly preferred.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
