Description:
Our client is a global leader in delivering specialist SaaS software solutions and complementary services to large enterprise customers in Retail, Leisure, and Food Service sectors. They are undergoing significant business expansion, with one of the largest implementations in their history underway.
You will join a new customer-focused team alongside senior client team members and analysts to lead project deliveries. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing solution deliverables from the product roadmap
Advising customers on best practices, change management, and implementation processes
Identifying risks and providing mitigation plans
Taking full ownership of workstream deliverables, proactively managing execution and deadlines
Ensuring highest quality work at every stage
Acting as the subject matter expert in project meetings
Participating in reporting and analysis
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Program Management, Computer Science, or similar
Experience in workforce optimization, labor scheduling, or people operations preferred
Experience working with large enterprise retail customers desirable
Exceptional interpersonal and strong written communication skills
