This newly created position is ideal for candidates who want to work in a technical and customer-facing role supporting pre-sales demonstrations and client onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams by conducting detailed technical pre-sales product demonstrations, effectively showcasing the value of software integration solutions to prospective clients.

  • Evaluate customers’ use cases and product integration requirements, providing tailored guidance to help optimize their success with the company’s platform.

  • Develop and maintain detailed API documentation, reference architectures, SDKs, and other technical resources to support developers and clients efficiently.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and technical operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and integration experiences.

  • Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor on the software platform, addressing both internal teams’ and customer inquiries.

  • Collect, analyze, and apply customer and developer feedback to continuously improve integration workflows, tools, and technical documentation.

  • Quickly troubleshoot and coordinate solutions for any technical issues encountered during or after integration.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA from an internationally recognized university, preferably in STEM fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) or Law with a technical bent.

  • Programming knowledge and hands-on experience with languages such as JavaScript and Python, and familiarity with cloud technologies.

  • Strong commercial intelligence and business awareness to understand customer challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in-person and remotely, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to varied audiences.

  • Passion for technology and a demonstrated ability to learn and assimilate new technical concepts rapidly.

  • For graduate applicants: relevant internships or summer roles in customer-facing technical positions are highly preferred.
