Description:
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and client trust. You’ll play a visible role in shaping how the organization responds to complex client requests—ensuring submissions are accurate, compelling, on time, and aligned with broader business objectives.
What You’ll Do

- Own and coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs, and detailed client questionnaires
- Support due diligence processes, audits, and third-party evaluations
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, Quality, and IT
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and customer requests with precision and accountability
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve proposal repositories and documentation
- Develop metrics to improve response quality, efficiency, and turnaround time
- What They’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience managing RFIs, RFPs, proposals, or client assessments
- Exceptional organization, documentation, and attention to detail
- Native-level English with advanced Spanish (written and verbal)
- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Logistics, or other regulated environments preferred
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
