Monarch Dental, an affiliate of Smile Brands Inc., is seeking a Part-Time Endodontist to join their Salt Lake City, UT team. This position offers the opportunity to work with full clinical autonomy while being supported by a collaborative and experienced dental team.

Endodontists at Monarch Dental provide a wide range of endodontic procedures with the support of high-volume practices and consistent patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality endodontic treatments to patients with professionalism and care.

• Maintain full autonomy over patient care and endodontic needs.

• Collaborate with the broader dental team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

• Focus solely on clinical practice without the administrative burdens of running a private office.

Job Requirements:

• DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine).

• Endodontic Specialty Certificate is mandatory.

• Strong clinical expertise in endodontic procedures.

• Dedication to patient-centered care and quality outcomes.

Schedule:

• Part-time, flexible scheduling (approx. 4 days per month, 1 day per week).

• Rotating and variable schedule options available.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive production-based compensation with potential earnings of $5000–$8000+ per day.
