Description:
This position will be responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital tools for the Quality Control (QC) laboratory. The role resides within the QC Systems group and reports to the Manager of Digital Laboratory Systems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with QC functional groups and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and understand laboratory processes and data flows.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools that provide insights into QC performance and key metrics.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data accessibility.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions using enterprise tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, and related platforms.
- Support integration and alignment of QC systems with broader enterprise data architecture.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data integrity and regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance digital capabilities within QC.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience post-graduation.
- Advanced business intelligence and data visualization experience (Power BI or Spotfire preferred in an enterprise environment).
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured data environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of translating stakeholder requirements into digital solutions.
