The Opportunity

Location (in-office): Detroit, MI

  • Support field sales organization by developing and maintaining sales collateral library – Sales Proofs, Quick Start Guides, Presentations and other sales materials as needed.
  • Work directly with our marketing business partners, sales team and management teams to develop promotional materials to support business plan objectives.
  • Assist all business line departments to announce and communicate any process changes to our sales team.
  • Develop internal bulletins and external communications to support system updates and product announcements.
  • Lead on ensuring department is following best practices, guidelines and policies to minimize risk.
  • Maintain and update department Policies and Procedures in line with any changes needed to reflect current policy.

 

The Work Itself

  • Communication with all levels of the sales organization to support corporate objectives and identification of market growth opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in Regional weekly sales calls to ensure the sales team is aware of the latest product announcements and system enhancements.
  • Enable sales teams for success through actionable recommendations and sales support and marketing materials.
  • Thoroughly document all department activities through various tracking logs and house respective materials in accordance with applicable retention periods.
  • Collaborate with matrix partners to facilitate sales support and marketing programs both internally and externally.
  • Elevates risk issues to management supports monitoring and mitigation of risk elements by first line of defense.
  • Active role with greater sales performance team.

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years in customer service or financial services industry is needed.
  • Ability to supply advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.
  • Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
  • Thoroughly organized with project management skills.
