Sr Analyst

Description:

Support generic pharmaceutical pricing through financial analysis to maintain and grow revenue and margins - Develop tools and reporting to track market competitiveness and benchmark sell prices - Collaborate with the Regional Pricing Manager to address customer issues and maintain strong customer relationships

Key Responsibilities: - Increase sales and profit through proactive and optimized price management - Build strong customer partnerships to avoid losing sales to competitors - Introduce new pricing strategies to increase profitability and maintain sales Critical Skills: - Understanding of business management principles and financial analysis - Strong communication and project management skills - Ability to navigate complex issues and make recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data - Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Additional Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills - Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and payer reimbursements is a plus - Previous healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is preferred  Experience supporting sales teams is a plus Minimum Requirements/Education: - Bachelor's degree in finance or related field or equivalent experience - 4+ years of accounting, finance, or finance analytics experience
