Sr Analyst Finance

Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to be a key resource to leadership in Finance, TFSC management, and Japan Staff. It will support the creation of executive-level presentations including conceptualizing the framework, messaging, content, and visuals to align with the targeted audience and agenda.

Reporting to the Manager – Corporate FP&A, the person in this role will support the Finance department's objective to ensure correct management reporting and forecast company performance to guide management in decision making.

What You’ll Be Doing
 

• Generate comprehensive income statement and balance sheet projections by managing the consolidated financial planning and reporting activities for TFS US
• Support the creation of executive-level presentations, conceptualizing the framework, messaging, content, and visuals to target audience
• Stay on top of current automotive & financial services industry trends and connect how it impacts the company’s business
• Assist in evaluating the company’s overall performance relative to other competitors in the industry (finance captives, OEMs, banks)
• Schedule and manage the company’s monthly performance results meeting to the finance team, including management
   

What You Bring
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting Business or related field or equivalent years of experience (should be +4 yrs if no Bachelor’s degree)
• Progressive finance and business experience in financial services industry
• Experience in utilizing an enterprise reporting or planning application including but not limited to Hyperion Planning, HRF, SAP, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to verbal and written communication, ability to analyze and connect data points, and ability to collaborate with other team members and departments.
