Sr. Civil Project Manager

 

Description:

Xenspire Group is hiring on behalf of a prestigious multidisciplinary engineering design and project management firm for the role of Sr. Civil Project Manager (Water Infrastructure). Based in Las Vegas, NV, this hybrid role offers relocation assistance and the opportunity to lead critical infrastructure initiatives across the US Southwest region.

This role is ideal for a seasoned civil or environmental engineering professional with a deep understanding of municipal wastewater projects and a passion for delivering high-impact solutions through effective project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and lead multi-disciplinary teams through every phase of water infrastructure projects, from feasibility assessments to detailed design and construction support.

  • Take ownership of project scope, budgets, timelines, and contracts, ensuring deliverables are met within expectations.

  • Engage in proposal development, including cost estimation, pricing strategy, and risk evaluation.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact to ensure service excellence.

  • Mentor junior team members, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration across project teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred.

  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing municipal wastewater projects.

  • PMP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year).

  • Proven leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.

  • A collaborative and detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to quality and client success.
