Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Senior Digital Product Manager is sought to drive the strategy and execution of digital experiences around customer acquisition and optimize the loan application journey. This role is ideal for a data-driven product leader with a proven track record in customer experience optimization, particularly in fintech or consumer lending environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of funnel performance, A/B testing, and UX collaboration to improve conversion and reduce friction in the application process.
Sr Digital Product Manager, Customer Acquisition Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer acquisition initiatives, with a focus on optimizing the digital loan application funnel.
- Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and analytics teams to frame customer pain points, define hypotheses, and execute a robust A/B testing roadmap.
- Translate ambiguous data into actionable insights, defining product requirements and success metrics that align with business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and execution plans.
