Description:
Aleknagik Technology is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Senior Healthcare Management Consultant (Subject Matter Expert) for Program Management, Analysis, Consultation, Evaluation and Decision Support.
Duties:
- Assist Program Manager with meeting contract goals.
- Provide expert advise on program evaluation techniques, e.g. industrial design, process improvement, performance measurement (quality, safety, access and cost), health care capacity planning and advanced analytics to the DOD, DHA, and AED.
- Demonstrate ability to confer with senior management.
- Must have the ability to bring senior executives of large comparable healthcare organizations, nationally recognized policy makers, and industry thought leaders to meet with MHS leaders, and the ability to scale, support, and coordinate multiple studies and initiatives at the same time.
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in 1 or more of the following areas: health care management, clinical management, health care operations and resource management.
- Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Commercial health care and Military Health System expertise
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Secret clearance required
