Sr Outsystems Developer

Description:

Amaze Systems is seeking a Lead/Sr OutSystems Developer with extensive experience to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves working closely with customers to analyze functional and technical requirements, designing solutions, and delivering presentations. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and work with OutSystems partners to enhance technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software development, with 5 years focused on OutSystems.

• Customer Support: Support customers during the technical evaluation process with presentations and workshops.

• Solution Design: Analyze customer requirements and design technical solutions that meet their needs.

• Proposal Creation: Work with the sales team to create proposals showcasing technical solutions.

• Customer IT Architecture: Understand customer IT architecture to evaluate how OutSystems fits within it.

• Collaboration: Work with the OutSystems Solution delivery team on successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

• Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with OutSystems partners to develop technical competencies.

• Location: Must work onsite in Houston, TX from the customer office.

Qualifications:

• Education: BS/BA in Computer Science or a similar field.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge in web/mobile app development, business modeling, database concepts, and Agile Development.

• Communication: Strong oral, written, and presentation skills to convey technical material effectively.

• Technical Insight: Deep understanding of technical architectures and IT products.
