Job Description
- Be responsible for supporting recruiting activity from sourcing, scheduling interviews, offering assistance.
- Partner with HR, hiring managers and team members to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective hiring process.
- Understand functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements to act as a resume evaluation expert for the hiring teams.
- Strive to enhance recruiting effectiveness/efficiency and also enrich candidate experience.
- Effectively communicate with business stakeholders regarding data and candidate information.
- Support MediaTek internship/Campus program including cross site coordination and key contact person to all interns in US. Coordinating information and report
Job Requirement
- Bachelor or above degree in business administration, human resources management or related field; or Master degree with 4+ years of progressive experience in an HR related role is a plus;
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech industry environment in the US is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude required;
- Passionate and self-motivated with positive thinking.
- Develop an outstanding candidate experience by efficiently organizing tasks, communicating effectively, prioritizing responsibilities, and demonstrating a strong sense of urgency.
- Achieve or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) including pipeline activity, conversion ratios, candidate experience, and cycle times.
- Continuously invest time in expanding your knowledge base as industry standards and trends evolve.
- Engage in project work aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies, driving continuous process improvement, and boosting recruiter productivity.
