Sr. Recruiter

 

Description:

Assist our Sr. Recruiter with university recruiting by planning, attending, and representing the company at campus recruiting events, career fairs, and informational sessions. Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract well-qualified candidates, including all activities associated with sourcing, screening, and client management for both active and passive candidates. Oversee all offers, negotiations, closings, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent, build a network of candidates, and cultivate employee referral leads. Collaborate closely with managers at all levels to align job requirements, drive recruiting momentum, ensure hiring efficacy, and maintain time-to-fill efficiency.

Qualifications

Requirements:
 

  • 2+ years’ experience with full cycle recruiting – sourcing, screening, negotiating, and the related administration pieces.
  • Experience with college/campus recruiting is preferred.
  • Experience working within online sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results and demonstrate good judgment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience discussing/branding your company as an Employer of Choice.
  • Experience engaging internal clients (Hiring Managers) to proactively participate in the recruiting process.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to relate to internal and external candidates.
