➡️Responsibilities
🔹️ Facilitate, direct & solicit feedback during design reviews
🔹️Develop data collection efforts and oversee data analysis and
synthesis using industry standard techniques.
🔹️ Design and implement research studies, including developing
methodologies and data collection instruments.
🔹️Lead, plan and execute field visits to shadow users in ethnographic
states.
🔹️Develop, prepare and deliver research reports, presentations, and
other research deliverables
🔹️Analyze research findings across products and provide actionable
insights to stakeholders. Maintain & advocate for research repository.
🔹️Strategize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate
research findings into decision-making processes.
🔹️Lead and plan workshops using established workshop frameworks.
🔹️ Mentor researchers and provide guidance on research best practices.
Actively contribute to team culture and research ops.
🔹️Stay abreast of emerging trends and methodologies in the field
of research.

🔹️Extensive knowledge of usability and user experience research tools and
techniques (e.g. field research, heuristic reviews, benchmarking, card sorts,
lo-fidelity prototyping methods, etc.)
🔹️Strong project management and negotiating skills are central to the position.
🔹️Strong moderation skills and methods for group facilitation and consensus
building
🔹️Ability to work independently, in a team, and with or without direction is
imperative.
🔹️Related experience in another field such as human factors, interactive
design, information architecture, and/or market research is a plus.
🔹️Experience creating user personas and journey maps to support a user
centered design methodology.
