Staff Assistant

We are in search of a Bilingual Staff Assistant supporting 3 departments. Administrative tasks include:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors; answering all incoming calls
• Managing mail and office equipment; order office supplies
• Assisting HR department with new hire orientations, benefit enrollment, job postings, filing and more.
• Gathers information from all departments for monthly newsletter
• Gather information and partner with internal and external partners regarding all social media.
