Key Responsibilities:
Provide a hospitable and relationship-focused environment for both customers and team members

Candidate Requirements:
Strong sales background with ability to meet/exceed performance goals
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, preferably in retail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
