Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in retail store management or a comparable service role

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team with a focus on development

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Tech-savvy with experience operating point-of-sale systems and digital tools

• Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities

• Action-oriented, with the ability to delegate, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
