The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, ensuring that sales targets are met, customers receive exceptional service, and the team is motivated and well-managed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Profit: Drive sales to achieve store targets and maximize profitability.

  • Customer Service: Deliver the highest standard of customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

  • Store Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the store, including inventory management and merchandising.

  • Commerciality: Maintain a visually appealing, well-merchandised, and commercially effective store layout.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop store team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Ear Piercing: Perform ear piercing services with full training provided to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications - About You:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1 to 2 years of retail management experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Solid understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension.

  • Deep commitment to exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.

  • Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver merchandise (up to 25 lbs regularly, 75 lbs occasionally), bend, stoop, climb ladders, and use step stools.

  • Ability to operate POS systems efficiently.

Claire’s complies with all applicable company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Compensation will be at or above the legally mandated minimum wage and will be determined based on experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
