Panda Restaurant Group, the largest family-owned American Chinese restaurant concept in the United States with over 2,300 locations worldwide, is seeking a Store Manager to join its leadership team in Reno, NV. As a Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the daily operations of a single restaurant location. This includes overseeing staff performance, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and meeting financial and operational goals. You will also lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of associates, while maintaining compliance with food safety and company policies. Panda Restaurant Group provides 8 or more weeks of leadership training to ensure you are fully prepared for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete operations of a restaurant, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

• Hire, train, mentor, and manage associates to build a high-performing team.

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest service and uphold brand standards.

• Manage budgets, inventory, and resources to achieve financial performance goals.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

• Implement and monitor company policies and procedures to drive store success.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma required.

• Flexibility to work at locations within a 50-mile radius.

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with changing priorities.

• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in hot and noisy conditions.
