Description:

Jamf, a global leader in Apple device management solutions, is seeking a Strategic Account Executive (Enterprise) to join its remote team across the United States. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with expertise in managing complex enterprise sales cycles, building strong executive relationships, and driving long-term customer success.

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will lead enterprise-level sales initiatives, collaborating with partners, stakeholders, and Apple teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Jamf’s footprint by managing both direct and indirect sales channels while ensuring customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and execute business, sales, and account plans to exceed revenue targets.

  • Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns involving diverse stakeholders, partners, and Apple teams.

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly quotas with accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce and other tools.

  • Propose innovative solutions to address customer challenges and create long-term value.

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, product teams, and channel partners to design customer-centric solutions.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, enhancing Jamf’s strategic positioning.

  • Lead sales negotiations, structure agreements, and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

  • Support global initiatives by coordinating with cross-regional teams to ensure positive customer outcomes.

  • Partner with Tech Support, Customer Success, and Services teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in software or technology sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas (Required).

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging executive-level stakeholders (Required).

  • Familiarity with Apple ecosystem or SaaS sales (Preferred).

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence executive decisions (Preferred).

  • Experience in both direct and channel sales models (Preferred).
