Position Overview:
The Strategic Alliance Project Manager is responsible for working alongside our Strategic Alliance Consultants to develop, manage, and grow our portfolio of national, strategic accounts.

Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the National Director of Strategic Alliances, while working closely with Strategic Alliance Consultants.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Provide onboarding support during new customer implementation.
Jointly establish strategic account development plans with Strategic Alliance Consultants.
Manage development plans for first year after new client onboarding, ensuring that they are continually updated with mutual objectives, KPIs, and performance review information.
Perform regular analysis of client management information, making valid recommendations on client cost reduction, efficiency initiatives, sustainability metrics, and compliancy.
Carry out business reviews focused on continuous improvement, sustainability efforts, safety, and compliancy.
Evaluate client risk and proactively work to avoid re-tenders by strategic action.
Provide pricing and paperwork support for Strategic Alliance Consultant.
Work closely with managed accounts, creating effective communication channels with all client stakeholders.
Build client rapport through conducting onsite client visits.
Effective time management, prioritizing and multi-tasking to achieve goals.
Contribute ideas to the Strategic Alliance team and organization.
Ensure accurate data entry of central sales database (salesforce.com) with meeting reports, contact details, and key points of information.
Develop effective in-depth relationships throughout the organization, clients, and partners/suppliers.
Travel is required: as needed basis, up to 50% (anticipated 25-30%)

Desired Characteristics:

BA/BS degree from an accredited university or college
3 or more years spent working in a sales or an account management role
