Description:
SAPinsider, the world’s largest global SAP professional community with over 1.6 million members, is hiring a Vice President, Strategic Partner Sales to join its executive team. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact client relationships across the SAP ecosystem, helping clients maximize the value of their SAP and SAP Partner investments through research, marketing services, and lead generation programs.
As the Vice President, you will manage a dedicated global territory of 40–50 named strategic B2B enterprise technology accounts, selling an integrated portfolio of services including annual membership, event sponsorships, content creation, digital marketing, webinars, and lead generation. You’ll report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and lead a 2-person key account team focused on revenue growth, client retention, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a global territory of named strategic accounts and ensure high client retention (>90%) and 115% net revenue retention
Sell across the SAPinsider, Mastering SAP, and ERP Today member and publishing brands
Offer recurring service solutions such as event sponsorships, webinars, content services, email campaigns, digital advertising, and lead generation programs
Cultivate long-lasting relationships with executive decision-makers (CEO, CMO, Field Marketing, Market Intelligence, Product Marketing, etc.)
Drive sales from $3M toward a $5M+ revenue goal by 2027
Oversee a 2-person key account team to ensure seamless delivery and value realization
Navigate complex B2B sales cycles ranging from 45–120 days
Handle contract sizes ranging from $15000 to $250000+
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in media, events, and marketing services sales
Expertise in building and maintaining executive-level relationships
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tech-driven sales solutions
Ability to connect, engage, and be memorable to clients
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with marketing channels such as email, webinars, digital ads, social media, and content creation
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $125000 – $150000/year (monthly: $10416 – $12500)
Uncapped commission structure:
4% commission on sales up to $3M/year
7% commission on revenue exceeding $3M/year
