Partner with the Sr. Strategist on our Firm program to understand the impact of Branch Team roles (FA and BOA) on delivery of firm strategy – current and future state and execute on the work
Consult with key stakeholders and branch teams to understand needs and shape solutions
Analyze, diagnose and recommend changes to branch team work and roles, as well as strategies and solutions to meet business needs
Collaborate across the firm to strategically align branch roles and influence workflow to focus branch teams on highest value work
Assist in development of large-scale change
Build, maintain and leverage perspective on internal and external trends that can improve individual and branch team performance
Collaborate with numerous business areas including field leadership, Firm Programs, Firm Change, Client Strategies Group, PMO, Insights, Human Resources, FAN, Service Insights, Compliance, Legal, and business owners around the organization
Utilize independent thought and judgment
