EY-Parthenon is seeking an accomplished and visionary Director for its Strategy and Execution – Supply Chain practice. This leadership opportunity is designed for professionals with a strong background in management consulting, strategic supply chain optimization, and complex business transformations.
At EY-Parthenon, you’ll collaborate with senior executives from leading global organizations, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and strategic insight to deliver impactful business outcomes. As a Director, you will guide clients through major supply chain initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and transformational restructuring projects — all while driving measurable value and resilience across the supply chain network.

Lead complex supply chain transformation projects across various sectors, focusing on strategic execution, operational efficiency, and performance improvement.
Provide strategic advisory throughout the transaction lifecycle — including pre-sign diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution for M&A and divestiture projects.
Partner with executive leadership, boards, and private equity clients to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and cost reduction.
Utilize data-driven insights to address challenges across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution functions.
Oversee teams of consultants, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
Contribute to EY-Parthenon’s capability development by driving best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional communication, integrity, and performance excellence.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Master’s or MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting or supply chain transformation roles.
Proven track record in direct materials sourcing, inventory management, logistics optimization, and performance-driven strategy design.
Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities with a consultative approach.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency with AI-enhanced business tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and digital supply chain analytics.
