Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced window and door subcontracting installation crews to partner with us. This role requires a team dedicated to superior craftsmanship and customer service, ensuring high-quality installations and removals. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up work sites and perform window or door installations and removals.

• Tear down and clean up the job site in accordance with company guidelines.

• Ensure high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

• Work independently, ensuring project deadlines are met while maintaining high standards.

• Collaborate with Renewal by Andersen’s team to deliver superior service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience.

• Proven track record of superior workmanship.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

• Ownership of your own truck, trailer, and tools.

• Scheduled availability between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. when homeowners are available.

• Certified Lead Renovator Certificate.

• Provide Certificate insurance with:

  • General Liability: $1 Million Each Occurrence

  • Automobile Liability: $1 Million Combined Single Limit

  • Worker’s Compensation: $1 Million Policy Limit
