The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive field oversight, managing subcontractors, coordinating site logistics, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in full compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full field oversight for civil and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage subcontractors and all jobsite personnel effectively.

• Evaluate project scope, oversee site logistics, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Coordinate schedules, materials, and resource allocation to maintain project timelines.

• Communicate with project stakeholders and provide status updates on progress and site activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Civil Superintendent.

• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction processes and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in bridge or marine infrastructure projects.

• Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) projects.

• Background in sitework, utilities, concrete, deep foundations, or structural steel.
