We’re seeking a Commercial Superintendent with experience on education projects to join our client's dynamic team in the Triad region of North Carolina. This role offers a clear path to becoming a Senior Superintendent within 2–3 years, working alongside an experienced leader to deliver high-impact educational projects.

Your new role

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for K-12 construction projects.
• Manage and mentor 2–3 direct reports.
• Collaborate with a Senior Superintendent to ensure project excellence.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in commercial construction (K-12 preferred)
• 3 to 5 years' experience as Commercial Superintendent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Desire to grow into a Senior Superintendent role.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results.
