Description:
As the Credit Marketing Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily performance and operational oversight of Marketing/Loyalty Exceptions and Customer Master Data. You will report to the Credit Operations Senior Manager and identify departmental training and efficiency opportunities while managing a team of 7-8 associates. You'll also address escalated customer service concerns. You and the team will work remotely.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all customer master data suppressions and preference updates including CCPA and GDPR requirements
- Oversee all marketing exceptions and InCircle loyalty activity ensuring all goals are met
- Facilitate the entire gift card operation and audit flow of all promotional, loyalty points, rewards, refunds, and employee reward gift cards.
- Monitor internal and external platforms data with internal and external service tickets with supporting documentation and follow up when system issues arise
- Manage mass escheatment and unclaimed property requests
- Ensure all InCircle procedures and partner audit (PAS) requirements are maintained
- Develop strategies to enhance the team's skills, train agents, and backup call center supervisor
- Must have the desire to be the expert in their role by exceeding required productivity, customer service, and performance measurements
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 3+ years of Supervisor or Manager experience
- Technical skills, including Excel (can perform complex functions) applications
- Experience in people development and performance management
