Description:

As the Credit Marketing Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily performance and operational oversight of Marketing/Loyalty Exceptions and Customer Master Data. You will report to the Credit Operations Senior Manager and identify departmental training and efficiency opportunities while managing a team of 7-8 associates. You'll also address escalated customer service concerns. You and the team will work remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all customer master data suppressions and preference updates including CCPA and GDPR requirements
  • Oversee all marketing exceptions and InCircle loyalty activity ensuring all goals are met
  • Facilitate the entire gift card operation and audit flow of all promotional, loyalty points, rewards, refunds, and employee reward gift cards.
  • Monitor internal and external platforms data with internal and external service tickets with supporting documentation and follow up when system issues arise
  • Manage mass escheatment and unclaimed property requests
  • Ensure all InCircle procedures and partner audit (PAS) requirements are maintained
  • Develop strategies to enhance the team's skills, train agents, and backup call center supervisor
  • Must have the desire to be the expert in their role by exceeding required productivity, customer service, and performance measurements

Qualifications
What You Bring

  • 3+ years of Supervisor or Manager experience
  • Technical skills, including Excel (can perform complex functions) applications
  • Experience in people development and performance management
