As the largest parking network in North America, SP+ operates at over 4,000 locations with 23,000+ employees and is seeking a Supervisor – Driving for its Brooklyn, NY location. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting in the day-to-day management of parking operations, customer service, and maintenance support.

This position is ideal for a highly responsible, adaptable individual with strong judgment, effective communication skills, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences in fast-paced environments. The role involves supervisory responsibilities while remaining hands-on in support of operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations and supervision of assigned parking location(s)

• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements

• Deliver courteous and efficient assistance to customers and clients

• Support the Facility Manager with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and upkeep of the premises

• Respond to incidents, report hazards, violations, and accidents

• Substitute in any functional role when necessary

• Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of the garage layout, surrounding streets, and local landmarks

• Participate in improvement programs to enhance customer and client satisfaction

• Perform cleanup and maintenance duties including spills, debris removal, and general upkeep

• Complete other tasks or special assignments as directed

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience: At least 1 month of relevant experience or equivalent training/education

• License Requirement: Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and a clean driving record

Skills:

• Clear oral and written communication

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

• Adaptability to change and unexpected challenges

• Good judgment and reliability

• Familiarity with general maintenance duties is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, talking, and use of hands

• Occasional climbing, kneeling, stooping, or crouching

• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds

• Required visual acuity: close, peripheral, and the ability to adjust focus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour

• Monthly Equivalent: Approximately $3293–$3986/month (based on full-time 40 hrs/week)
