Supply Chain Manager

Description:

Ernst & Young (EY) is seeking experienced professionals to join its Strategy and Transactions practice in the Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE) – Supply Chain team within EY-Parthenon. As a Manager, you will play a key role in preparing and executing M&A strategies, with a focus on optimizing supply chain operations during transactions.

You will support clients through the entire deal lifecycle, including due diligence, carve-outs, synergy identification, Day-One readiness, and integration planning. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in supply chain strategy and operations, along with proven experience in M&A environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational value during mergers and acquisitions with focus on supply chain integration or separation

• Advise on carve-out readiness, due diligence, synergy delivery, and post-deal implementation

• Assess infrastructure and capabilities across supply chain functions

• Manage teams with diverse skill sets and provide coaching and performance feedback

• Ensure quality service delivery and develop long-term client relationships

• Identify and support business development opportunities

• Travel up to 80% domestically and internationally based on client needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• In-depth experience in supply chain operations within M&A contexts

• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and resolve operational challenges

• Experience in consulting or professional services is essential

• Base annual salary: 245005 USD (approx. 20417.08 USD/month)
