Supply Chain Transformation Manager

Rich Products Corporation, a global leader in the food industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Supply Chain Transformation to support the strategic transformation of its operational systems across the enterprise. This critical role focuses on the Order to Cash (OTC) process as part of Rich’s broader ERP transition to S/4HANA (Galileo Program), aiming to standardize systems and introduce digital capabilities across global markets.

The position will act as a strategic liaison and transformation driver between stakeholders and the Galileo team, with a specific focus on aligning OTC processes across LATAM markets. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. Remote work is supported with expected domestic and international travel up to 25%.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership, Influence & Strategy (60%)

  • Act as the key point of contact between enterprise stakeholders and the Galileo (S/4HANA) program team

  • Provide expert guidance on Order to Cash processes and system implementations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

  • Drive process optimization and enterprise-wide strategy alignment across OTC operations

  • Participate in ERP design decisions, ensuring global template strategies are effectively implemented

  • Promote best practices and foster global relationships with OTC teams

Execution & Change Management (40%)

  • Contribute to project readiness, research, workshop participation, and organizational change initiatives

  • Assist in training design and delivery alongside the Galileo Training Lead

  • Support ERP go-live activities, localization efforts, and performance evaluations

  • Gain deep knowledge of S/4HANA OTC functionalities and support continued transformation objectives


Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, or a related field (Required)

  • Experience & Skills:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in order management or OTC process roles

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)

    • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, especially S/4HANA

    • Solid understanding of sales, marketing, transportation, and warehousing functions

    • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional transformation efforts

    • Experience with change management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement

    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Salesforce and Power BI experience preferred

    • Training, project management, and decision-making capabilities are strong assets


Compensation:

  • Annual Salary Range: $101313.42 to $151970.14

  • Monthly Equivalent: $8442.78 to $12664.17

  • Compensation is subject to experience, skills, location, and other non-discriminatory factors
