Description:
KPMG is seeking an experienced Sustainability and ESG Analyst to review and analyze sustainability programs, ESG reporting, and related processes. This role will involve conducting materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and developing responses to policy and regulatory risks and opportunities in the Corporate Sustainability and ESG sectors. The role will also include defining and implementing recommendations related to sustainability and ESG program policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Review sustainability and ESG programs, including materiality assessments, gap analysis, and KPI identification
Analyze corporate activities to enhance sustainability and ESG strategies
Define and implement recommendations for sustainability and ESG policies and reporting
Work on frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, UNGC, and TCFD
Calculate Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and perform sustainability cost-benefit analyses
Assess sustainable supply chains and finance, including linked bonds
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or related field, with 5 years of experience in the position or related occupation; or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience
Experience with sustainability frameworks, climate transition risk modeling, and ESG assessments
Expertise in the GHG Protocol, Circularity strategy, and sustainable supply chain assessments
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
