Description:
Apex Systems, a globally recognized IT services company, is actively hiring a UKG Pro Support Analyst to join the HR systems team of a major financial client. This is a remote, contract-based position offering competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits. The selected candidate will work on Tier 2 HR system support, primarily focused on UKG (UltiPro Core/HCM), user security/access management, and system reporting.
The position requires a technically adept professional who can operate independently within the HR team, manage support tickets, and provide cross-functional system support across various UKG modules. This role does not involve Kronos, Dimensions, or WFM – candidates must have direct experience with UltiPro Core/HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2 system support for UKG UltiPro Core/HCM from a client-side perspective.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and triage HR system-related issues independently.
Manage and maintain user access and security roles within UKG.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets.
Generate system reports using UKG’s built-in tools and Cognos reporting.
Understand and support HR operations, business logic, and workflow processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional HR and IT teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience with UKG UltiPro Core/HCM.
Experience with multiple UKG modules (not limited to a single function).
Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and large dataset handling.
Experience in client-side support roles (System Analyst/Admin).
Familiarity with UKG’s reporting tools and Cognos.
Strong understanding of HR workflows, rules, and business operations.
Contract Terms:
Type: W2 contract (No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions accepted).
Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour.
Location: 100% Remote (US-based).
